Our scholarship program offers you the opportunity to pursue a fully funded degree in Social Work in Germany at the IU International University. During the completion of your bachelors degree, you will be also gaining the work experience at teamZUKUNFT gGmbH.   

Your tasks are child and youth welfare, supporting the independent lives of our clients and working with intensive pedagogical group homes, outpatient support such as social-pedagogical family assistance, educational mentoring, and time-out measures and also experiential educational offerings such as school trips and holiday camps.

Your qualifications are german language level B2, entrance requirement (certified, notarized translation in German or English), National vocational qualification, a structured and self-responsible way of working, flexible working arrangements (even on weekends), teamwork, empathy and creativity are our basic requirements.

As for your benefits, you will study at the IU International University of Applied Science, full payment of tuition fees, free national public transportation ticket and German courses, monthly salary starting from 500 EUR (possible promotion), advanced vocational education, State-Recognized qualification (social worker) and free communal residence room in Cologne, Düsseldorf and its environs.
