Kinderfreizeit mit jeder Menge Action: Ein Einblick in die ersten 2 Tage!
The kids have had a lot of fun these past days. The camp began with check-in where the kids had to communicate with the teamers in English. This was not overwhelming because the teamers reformulated their questions until each kid understood what was required from them. The introduction of our photo booth allowed the kids and parents to take a picture with each other before parents left their kids and had the chance to have a week off. It was soon dinner-time and this was followed by introductions and get to know games.
The day started with language hour and this allowed kids to speak English in a relaxed atmosphere because they were playing games and having fun. Kids learn better when they are having fun. After lunch, kids participated in cooperation games and were challenged with different activities which tested their teamwork. It was amazing to see kids helping and motivating each other in order to complete the challenge. The highlight of the day was “Teamers vs. Kids” where one teamer played the host and teamers battled against the kids in a series of tasks. The day finished with vocab of the day which gave the kids a chance to talk to a teamer in their room groups, reflect on their day and note down new words learnt.Konnten wir Ihr Interesse wecken?
