Scavenger Hunt to the Peninsula
Today began bright and early, with morning sports commencing at seven o´clock. However the premature start had no impact on the enthusiasm for this pre-breakfast exercise session, as everybody involved took great enjoyment from it. Especially during a fast paced, although one-sided game of ultimate frisbee. Following this was a much needed breakfast spread, providing everyone with the energy required for the first installment of the heralded Camp Olympics. A feast of sporting competition and suspense, consisting of the four carefully selected teams battling it out over two events, designed to test as many different aspects of sporting endeavour as possible. With the first points on the leader board, the suspense is building for the next installments of the English Camp Olympics. The main highlight of the day, however, was the Great Geesthacht Scavenger Hunt. This involved groups of the campers finding their way through the forest and town, in search of different clues, whilst playing games along the way. This was followed by two large games being played by all the children, building up an appetite for a delicious homecoming meal.Sie sind auch interessiert an unserem spannenden Englisch Camp, dann informieren Sie sich HIER für die nächsten Termine!
