Check-in and getting to know each other in the youth hostel
The English Camp season in Mölln has started this Sunday: For five weeks in a row, each about 20-40 children will experience a very special holiday. With an international team of German tutors and native English speakers, the Mölln Youth Hostel will be transformed into a little bit of England and a holiday camp will be completely designed in English.On the first day check-in, room referencing as well as getting to know the group and the new environment are waiting on the participants. 21 children from all over Germany arrived today, have mastered their first hurdle with the check-in in English and have already made their first friendships with their roommates. After dinner, the group
games got to know each other by playing some experiential introductory games and learned a lot about each other, before the linguistic skills of each were tested a bit in the language hour with small games. At the end of the day, the toothbrush party started the night's sleep and bedtime for the participants - and all the kids go to bed tired but happy!
Also tomorrow, many exciting activities await the participants of the English Camp and it is time to explore the surroundings of the youth hostel and Mölln. Our team is looking forward to the next days with a great group!
