Are you from Spain and eager to work and live in Germany? Fantastic! At teamZUKUNFT gGmbH, we offer you the opportunity to live in Germany while gaining valuable work experience.

teamZUKUNFT gGmbH is a recognized non-statutory children's agency. We organize exciting school trips, holiday camps, and day events for children and young adult groups. Additionally, we provide independent living support, outpatient educational assistance, and respite measures for children and young adults.

Join our team as a dual study program student, a volunteer, or a social worker! As a social work dual student, you can combine practical work in our facilities with theoretical lectures at university. This will not only secure your Bachelor's degree but also provide extensive practical work experience, which is invaluable for your career.

As a volunteer, you'll have the chance to work in various fields like social, environmental, and cultural sectors, as well as in sports, integration, civil, and disaster protection. With diverse tasks in different fields, your time with us will be filled with action and never boring! Whether it's assisting at our youth hostel in Hilchenbach, supporting pedagogical work at teamZUKUNFT living groups, or handling booking and training inquiries in our Cologne office.

Lastly, as a social worker, you'll collaborate with children and young adults aiming to enhance their family life. You'll also engage with kindergartens, schools, offices, and other youth welfare institutions, participating in care planning conferences.
In all three programs, we provide a free communal residence room, a free national public transport ticket, and German language courses.
