Sunday – Arrival Day
Today the Kids arrived for the second week of the English Camp in Mölln between 2 and 6pm. They had to get their accomodation inside the check-in area while some teamers were taking care of the other kids playing outside. After dinner everybody was seperated into Team Cambridge or Team Oxford, each camp has around fourty kids. For the first evening we get to know each other by playing fun educational language games. We are all looking forward to tomorrow!
What is the plan for tomorrow?
Monday we will start with a session of gymnastics in the morning sport of the day. After breakfast we will do little competition games called the ‚Camp Olympics‘. The winner of the games can collect their point and the best team can win a special price in the end of the week. After a lot of fun at the games we’ll go back to ‚Language Hour‘ in the small groups. During the day every child will have a job to do, like washing the dishes or brush the hall. For the afternoon we plan to do a scavenger hunt to get to know Mölln and the area around, that will be fun! Just before bedtime we will have evening activities like archery, slacklining or walking in the woods. The day will end like every day with the ‚Vocab of the Day‘ for a reflection in the dorms. We hope it will be a nice start of the week!
